PEAR HONEY 
3 to 3 1/2 qts. ground raw pears
4 c. sugar
6 oz. frozen orange juice
1 sm. jar cherries
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Cook first 2 ingredients until almost done. Then add the rest and cook until well done. Put into hot jars and seal.
