BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 med. chopped onion
1 lb. canned tomatoes
2 c. cubed bread
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Brown sausage; drain. Place bread cubes, sausage, tomatoes (with juice) and onions in 8"x8" casserole. Mix eggs, milk, and spices and pour over meat, etc. Top with grated cheese. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
