BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. finely sliced celery
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. cream or milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. crushed potato chips, or corn flakes

Cook ground beef until brown, put in casserole, arrange peas over meat. Then cover with celery. Mix soup, milk and seasoning together and pour over celery and top with potato chips. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
