MARINATED VEGETABLES 
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vinegar
1 can English peas
1 can snap beans
2 cans white corn (whole)
2 jars pimentos, sm.
5-6 chopped green onions
1 bell pepper, diced

Put sugar, pepper, salad oil, salt and vinegar in saucepan. Melt over heat. Set aside and let cool. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.
