3 (sm.) pkgs. frozen coconut 2 c. sugar 1 pt. sour cream Mix and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake 2 cake layers and split (makes 4). Put coconut mixture between and on top of layers. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 3 days before using. |
