BEEF CURLES AND GRAVY - RICE 
1 1/2 lb. beef
1 tsp. cornstarch
3 tsp. water
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
2/3 c. rice
1 can College Inn chicken broth
1 c. frozen vegetables

Cut beef in thin slices, almost shaved. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce together. Mix with cut beef for a little while.

Saute onion and pepper in large skillet. Mix beef soaked in cornstarch and soy. Cook until done, will curl up. Cook rice with chicken broth. When done add warm mixed vegetables. Serve beef over rice, one dish.
