RHUBARB CRUMBLE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar

Mix rhubarb and the 1 cup sugar together. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and the 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in butter until butter is crumbly. Sprinkle half the flour mixture evenly over the bottom of an 8 inch square pan. Spread rhubarb mixture over the flour mixture. Add remaining flour mixture. Bake in moderate oven at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm with cream or whipped cream.
