RHUBARB PUDDING 
Thin slices bread
Butter
Cooked rhubarb
Whip cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter several slices of bread, cut into small squares. Place them on the bottom of a deep pudding dish. Add a layer of cooked rhubarb, then another layer of bread, with rhubarb put on top of it. Continue layering until dish is filled. Cover and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve cold with whip cream.
