SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. pkg. of instant onion soup mix
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can cranberry sauce
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine ground beef, onion soup mix, and oregano. Then shape into 1 inch balls and brown on stove top.

Drain pineapple, saving juice. Top meatballs in oven dish with pineapple and green pepper pieces.

In blender combine cranberry sauce, pineapple juice, sugar, cornstarch, water, vinegar, and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs and bake in oven until hot and bubbly. Approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This can be frozen.
