CHICKEN WITH CHEESE 
4 split chicken breasts, skinned
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, finely chopped
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Lay chicken in a baking dish. Sprinkle chopped onion over chicken. Mix together soups and spoon over top. Cover with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice. This dish makes delicious gravy. (If gravy is not thick enough, add a little cornstarch).
