MAPLE FUDGE 
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar (white)
2 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter

Mix flour and sugar in pan. Mix in maple syrup, Karo syrup and milk. Cook over low heat. Stir occasionally to soft ball stage (232 to 236 degrees). Remove from heat. Drop butter and chopped nuts on top. Let cool to lukewarm. Beat until glossy look begins to leave. Pour into buttered pan. Cut.
