PORT WINE JELLY 
3 c. sugar
2 c. port (1/2 bottle)
1 (6 oz.) size liquid pectin

Prepare jelly glasses. In top of double boiler, stir together sugar and wine, stirring constantly. Heat over rapidly boiling water 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; immediately stir in pectin. Fill glasses and seal. Yield: 4 or 5 (8 ounce) glasses.
