PORK CHOPS ALA SWISS 
Pork chops
Salt and pepper
Flour
Fresh or canned (drained) mushrooms
Butter
2 tomato slices per pork chop
2 slices Swiss cheese per pork chop

Season chop with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Fry until done. Remove from pan and use pan to saute mushrooms in butter and season with salt and pepper.

Place chops in pan to broil. Place mushrooms on top. Top mushrooms with slices of tomatoes. Cover tomatoes with 2 overlapping slices of Swiss cheese.

BROIL: 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
