BROCCOLI PUFF 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears (may use fresh)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 c. (2 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli according to directions. Omit salt, drain and cut each spear into thirds and place in 10 x 1 x 1 1/2 inch dish. Stir together soup, cheese, milk, mayonnaise and egg until well blended. Pour over broccoli in baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle evenly over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
