PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pumpkin, 1 can
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 11 x 17 inch jelly roll pan. (Grease pan with spray vegetable coating).

PUMPKIN BAR FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 stick or 1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla or 1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 lb. white powdered sugar

Mix all together and spread on bars and sprinkle pecans or walnuts on top. This makes enough frosting for 2 pans unless you like lots of frosting on bars.
