POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lb. new red potatoes
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
Chopped onion to taste
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked until almost done & chopped into sm. pieces

Cook the potatoes in their jackets. Slice and mix with next 3 ingredients. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan and sprinkle bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
