CHERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
3 eggs

Mix above ingredients and bake in greased 11x13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
5 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Heat to boiling sugar, milk and butter, cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, add 1 cup chocolate chips at once. Stir until thick and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
