LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. ground beef
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
2 pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked as directed
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Fry beef until all pink is gone. Stir in sauce.

In a lasagna pan, layer noodles then Ricotta then spinach then sauce then Mozzarella. Continue layering in this order until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about an hour.
