JOHNNY CAKES 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt

Beat milk, eggs, honey and oil together in mixing bowl. Add cornmeal and salt; stir until moistened. Drop batter onto hot greased skillet by large spoonfuls. Cook both sides until golden brown.
