DOUBLE CHEESE MEAT ROLL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck beef
1 egg
3/4 c. cracker crumbs (can use pizza flavor)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with cheese (Hunts)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine ground beef, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup sauce, salt, oregano, garlic and black pepper. Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle about 10 x 12 inches on waxed paper. Sprinkle cheese evenly over meat mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll and press ends of roll to seal.

Bake in shallow baking dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drain excess fat Pour remaining Hunts sauce with cheese over roll and bake an additional 15 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
