SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
1 garlic bud, crushed
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. green pepper, cut fine
4-5 fresh mushrooms
1 tomato, peeled, seeded and cut up
2 tbsp. milk or cream
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. white wine or sherry
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Dash of thyme, curry powder, salt, pepper
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter. Add milk or cream and flour to thicken. Add wine or sherry, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce, seasoning, stirring until blended. Add tomato and shrimp. Put into greased casserole and top with buttered crumbs. Microwave on high 4 minutes. Serves 2. (May be doubled.) Serve with rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
