PISTACHIO DESSERT | |
43 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted Mix well and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix: 2 sm. pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 1 1/2 c. milk Beat well. Add: 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened Mix well. Pour over cooled crust. Frost with: 8 oz. Cool Whip Refrigerate for 2 hours. Take out and sprinkle 2 crushed Heath candy bars over dessert. If it is really hot, put in freezer 1 hour before serving so it can set up. |
