2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar or less
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk or (1 c. whole milk & 1 tbsp. vinegar)
1 c. hot strong coffee brewed (instant or regular)

Mix dry ingredients together. Combine milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Next add the cup of coffee. Mixture will be soupy. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch or two round pans at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Real moist.
