QUICKIE VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
6 c. water
7 beef bouillon cubes (or 2 cans beef broth)
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 can Veg-All
1 can corn
1 can potatoes, drained
1 can okra (optional)

Brown beef and drain. Simmer with liquid ingredients for 20 minutes. Add vegetables and simmer until they're ready. Makes a big pot of soup. Great with cornbread.
