FROZEN CRANBERRY-BANANA DESSERT
SALAD
 
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits
5 medium firm bananas, halved lengthwise and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Drain pineapple juice into a medium bowl. Set pineapple aside. Add bananas to the juice.

In a large bowl, combine sugar and cranberry sauce. Drain bananas; discard juice and add to cranberry mixture. Stir in pineapple, whipped topping and nuts. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 dish. Freeze until solid.
