JIFFY CORN CUSTARD | |
1 can cream corn, use liquid 1 can whole kernel corn, use liquid 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix Mix all ingredients except corn muffin mix. Then add muffin mix and let set 4-5 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. (I had to cook mine longer to set in the middle.) |
