CHICKEN FAJITAS | |
4 (3 oz.) skinned boneless chicken breast halves 1/3 c. lemon juice from concentrate 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 4 slices American cheese product, cut into strips 2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon 4 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed GARNISHES: Chopped tomatoes Sliced green onions Shredded lettuce In plastic bag, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, and bouillon; add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade; grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade. Slice chicken into strips; place on tortillas. Top with cheese and desired garnishes; fold tortillas. Serve immediately and refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 servings at 294 calories each. |
