CHICKEN FAJITAS 
4 (3 oz.) skinned boneless chicken breast halves
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. chicken flavor bouillon
4 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
Shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced green onions

In plastic bag combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and bouillon; add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade, grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade. Slice chicken into strips and place on tortillas. Top with cheese and garnishes. Fold and serve immediately. Serves 4.
