CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
Sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped grapes
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tbsp. salad herb seasoning
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Cut up chicken into bite size pieces; add all other ingredients - mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
