CHICKEN PARAMOUNT 
6 chicken breasts
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
Ground black pepper
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 c. currant jelly
6 oz. can frozen orange juice
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. Tabasco

Roll chicken in seasoned flour - brown lightly in hot oil, lay in shallow baking dish. Combine melted butter and lime juice - pour over chicken. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees - baste once. Blend remaining ingredients in saucepan. Simmer until smooth and hot stirring constantly. Pour sauce in pitcher - serve with chicken.
