CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 pieces of chicken
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 1/3 c. water
2 cans cream soup (mushroom, chicken or celery)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix uncooked rice, water, celery and onion and 2 cans soup. Pour into 9 x 13 pan or large casserole dish. Place chicken on top and sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
