PERSIMMON BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
2 c. pulp
2 c. flour
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs

Cream sugar and butter. Add pulp, buttermilk and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in jelly roll pan.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 stick butter, room temp.
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
