CHICKEN CORDON BLUE FOR 4 
6-8 chicken breast boneless
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 lb. chipped ham
Dijon mustard
butter
Cracker crumbs

Take chicken, put ham and some cheese in center of chicken, then put in 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of mustard, pin corners of chicken breast up with toothpicks. Roll in butter (melted). Then roll in cracker crumbs. Place in pan then top with Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
