EASY CHICKEN CORDON BLUE 
1 full chicken breast, cooked and cut up
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices boiled ham
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. cooking wine, white
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices white bread
Broccoli, optional, add with chicken

Arrange bread in bottom of Pam sprayed 9x13 inch pan. Add ham, then cheese then chicken. Mix cream of mushroom soup, wine, garlic and small amount of milk to make smooth and add to casserole. Let set 2 hours then bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
