MEATZA PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 sm. can mushrooms (optional)

Mix all together (like a meat loaf). Place in glass pie plate. Top with your spaghetti sauce and shredded Mozzarella cheese. Place pie plate on cookie sheet for overflow. Place meat thermometer in - cook at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until beef is well done.
