BISHOP PIE | |
1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. nuts 1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 2 c. milk Make crust of 1 cup flour, 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup nuts. Sprinkle on cookie sheet, bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir once or twice. Cool and put on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Whip in mixer, 1 package French vanilla and 1 package chocolate instant pudding with 2 cups milk. Add 1 pint vanilla ice cream. Beat well. Spread on crust and chill thoroughly. Spread one large carton Cool Whip on top. Shave chocolate over this. |
