BIG BATCH WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
6 dry yeast dissolved in 2 c. warm water
6 c. warm water
4 c. warm milk
2 sticks butter, melted
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. honey (warm)
2 eggs (when you have them)
1 c. bran flour
1 c. wheat germ
10 c. wheat flour
About 10 c. white flour

Add dissolved yeast, water, milk, salt, honey, butter and eggs. Beat all together about 1 minute. Add bran, wheat germ and 5 cups wheat flour. Use beater and beat 2 or 3 minutes. Then add rest of wheat flour and part of white and knead by hand about 8 minutes until dough is no longer sticky. Place in large greased bowl and let rise 45 minutes. Punch down and place in greased bread pans until double in size. Bake in 400 degree oven about 25 to 30 minutes. Turn out on rack and butter tops while hot. Makes 8 large loaves.
