CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
4-5 lg. chicken breasts
2 cans condensed chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2-1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder, optional
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. melted butter
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Note: Boil chicken, remove skin and make strips.

Cook broccoli until tender, drain and arrange in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Place chicken strips on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and milk (the sauce will be thick so add as much milk as desired). Pour over chicken, sprinkle with cheese.

Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle over all. Add mozzarella cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. May be made ahead of time and kept in refrigerator.
