LEMON POPPYSEED BREAD 
1 lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/3 c. poppyseed

Add:

4 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. water

Mix well. Put in 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or 24 muffins, bake 20 minutes.
