PAT'S FISH TURBOT 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. cooked flaked fish (cod, haddock, etc.)
Buttered crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Melt butter. Add flour, stir in milk, stirring until thickened. Add salt and pepper. To white sauce add 2 1/2 cups flaked cooked fish. Turn into greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1/2 hour until hot and bubbling.
