2 1/2 c. Nestle's milk chocolate morsels
1 1/3 c. melted butter
2 c. melted caramel
3 c. lightly salted peanuts (if desired)
1 c. brown sugar

Add ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until smooth. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then set timer on oven for 45 minutes. When they are done, chill and serve. Good for parties and snacks.
