BEST EVER RUM CAKE | |
1 yellow butter Duncan Hines golden cake mix 1 sm. box vanilla pudding (use dry) 4 eggs 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/2 c. rum Bake in Bundt pan, which has been greased with Pam. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Place chopped pecans on bottom of Bundt pan before pouring in cake mix. GLAZE: 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. rum When taking cake from oven pour glaze over cake leaving it in the pan for 30-40 minutes. Then remove from Bundt pan. Pecans should be on top. |
