NUTRI - CHIP PANCAKES 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. each raw wheat germ, unprocessed bran, oatmeal
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
4 eggs, separated
1/4 c. oil
4 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
Chocolate chips

Mix flour, wheat germ, oatmeal (millers), baking powder and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl beat together egg yolks, oil and milk. In a narrow bowl, beat egg whites until nearly stiff, adding brown sugar and beating until peaks are shiny and stiff. Add milk mixture to flour mixture. Fold in egg white mixture. Fry on griddle using about 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Sprinkle each pancake with 5 or 6 chocolate chips. Serve with syrup or honey.
