SPANISH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 green pepper
1 lg. onion
1 can tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 soup can water
1 pkg. chili mix

Brown ground beef with pepper and onion. Drain off excess grease. Add the rest of ingredients. Top with grated cheese about 15 minutes before it's done. Line bottom of casserole dish with tortilla chips and corn chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
