SPEEDY STROGANOFF 
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 med. sized onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (9 oz.) chunky beef soup
1/2 c. dairy sour cream (or plain lowfat yogurt)
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Hot cooked noodles or rice

Saute mushrooms and onion in hot oil in 8 inch skillet. Stir in soup, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
