ALMOND CRUNCH GRANOLA 
1 c. Corn Flakes & Wheat Flakes, mixed
1 c. almonds, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. pure maple syrup or honey
1/3 c. corn oil or safflower oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt (at health food store)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Spread thinly on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees to 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. VARIATION: Add other nuts and seeds, such as sesame seeds, chestnuts, cashews, pecans, or walnuts.
