BAKED PINEAPPLE PUDDING | |
1/4 lb. butter, melted 1 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 6 slices white bread, without crusts Mix all ingredients. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be prepared a day before serving. Refrigerate. Great with ham!! |
