BROILED BUFFALO WINGS 
15 chicken wings (no tips)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. red hot pepper sauce

Separate first and second sections of chicken wings. Place in a 2 quart glass rectangular dish; cover with wax paper. Redistributing wings midway through cooking, microwave on high for 12 minutes.

Place wings on a broiler pan. Place butter in a 1 cup glass measure; add pepper sauce. Microwave on high 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over chicken wings. Broil 5 minutes or until golden.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
