MUSHROOM CHEESE PIE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. paprika
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Dash of pepper
1 baked pie shell

Melt butter; saute' onion and mushrooms over low heat, about 5 minutes. Heat milk; add soup. Add cheese; heat until cheese is melted (do not boil). Add onion, mushrooms and paprika. Gradually add mixture to slightly beaten eggs. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees until custard is set, about 45 minutes. Serve hot.
