CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 pkg. (pudding) yellow cake mix
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips, melted
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour

Mix dry cake mix, melted butterscotch chips, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup oil. Pat 2/3 of mixture in 13 x 9 inch ungreased pan. Add 1/4 cup to remainder of mixture and mix until crumbs. Reserve this for topping. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Cover and refrigerate.
